Dr. Susan Narby opened her office, Southern Tier Hearing Services in November of 2002 after earning her doctorate degree. The practice began as a one room office on Pulteney Square in Bath with Dr. Narby as a solo employee. Two years later Dr. Narby moved to a larger office on West Steuben Street in Bath and added Karen Hilsdorf as office manager and receptionist. In 2010, the opportunity arose to buy a building and move the office to Rt. 54 in Bath. Nichole Dresser joined the staff in the spring as billing and account manager.

At Southern Tier Hearing Services, our goal is to improve the lives of people with hearing loss through better hearing. We are proud to have been entrusted with the hearing needs of Steuben County and neighboring area since 2002.
